Margaret Josephs is supposedly being sued for unpaid legal bills, adding to her debt. This was predicted by Siggy Flicker last year on RHONJ.
Margaret Josephs was a brand new housewife on the previous season of The Real Housewives of New Jersey. The blonde entrepreneur with pigtails made quite the impression on viewers as she opened up about her failed marriage, her cheating, and her leaving behind her step-kids. She was upset and saddened by the past and she explained that she really wanted to have her step-kids back in her life. But there was one thing she didn’t discuss: her finances.
It sounds like Margaret Josephs is returning to The Real Housewives of New Jersey this upcoming season and it’s possible she may have to talk about her finances. As the previous season was coming to an end, Siggy Flicker made some accusations about Margaret’s business practices, revealing that she didn’t think it was right or common for businesses to be sued. Margaret admitted she was being sued.
According to a new All About The Tea report, it sounds like Margaret Josephs is indeed being sued. Apparently, she’s being sued over an unpaid bill of $3,568.73. It doesn’t seem like a huge bill considering Josephs lives in a million-dollar home. However, Margaret’s rep reveals that the story is false, saying that the law firm only used her to get their name out.
But this isn’t the first time that she’s struggling with financial issues. In October of last year, Margaret Josephs was hit with a federal tax lien for $197,066.98.

It’s also rumored that her house is in foreclosure and that she took out two mortgages to pay for the home. Perhaps Siggy Flicker was right about Margaret’s financial troubles, something that could be a part of her storyline on this upcoming season of the show.
