Luann de Lesseps claimed she was drugged before arrest

Luann de Lesseps is now opening up about what happened before her arrest and she claims she was drugged.

Luann de Lesseps has only released some details about her December 2017 arrest. After she was arrested for resisting arrest and various other minor charges, she revealed that she checked herself into treatment. She admitted that it was tough on her to be back in Florida, which is where she had married Thomas D’Agostino just one year prior. However, she’s now adding more details about what she thinks happened that night, as video footage from the police cruiser was recently released.

Now, The Real Housewives of New York star reveals that she was possibly drugged before she was arrested. It was rumored that she had woken up in a hotel room that didn’t belong to her with another man. Luann decided to open up about her memory of that night on The Dr. Oz Show recently, saying she had been with a friend that day. She then reveals that someone must have slipped her something because she doesn’t remember a thing.

"“That’s kind of a regular kind of thing. You know what I mean? In terms of the drinking path that I was on. So I almost think that somebody slipped me something, because I don’t remember a thing after that.”"

During her visit on the show, she extended her sincerest apologies for anyone who she may have offended. She also explains that she’s due back in court next month and it’s possible she will get more information about what is to come. She does face prison time.

As for Thomas D’Agostino, he has stayed silent about the whole thing. Perhaps he didn’t want to make Luann de Lesseps’ situation worse by speaking out, as he knew she had been arrested because she lost control over being back where she had gotten married to him. The two divorced after eight months of marriage.
