Did Adam Kenworthy leave Carole Radziwill because he wants kids?

Carole Radziwill revealed that she and Adam had broken up. On this week’s episode, fans learned he wanted to see another woman. Is he leaving Carole behind for kids?

Adam Kenworthy hasn’t been a part of this season of The Real Housewives of New York and fans are starting to understand why. After filming a few scenes for the show over the past couple of years, Adam decided to take a step back to focus on his chef career. He got some publicity from the show, but his time on the show was primarily about his relationship with Carole. Thanks to Luann de Lesseps, the relationship was often highlighted as the younger chef with the older widow. He was even labeled a boy toy.

On The Real Housewives of New York, Adam Kenworthy had never talked about how much he wanted a family, but Radziwill mentioned it was something he wanted. Carole already knew that she didn’t want kids and they didn’t fit into her life. Then, during Wednesday’s episode of the show, Carole revealed that Adam had told her that he had gone on a date with another woman and he really liked her.

On Twitter, people had plenty of theories as to why Adam Kenworthy was ready to leave Carole behind for another woman and the most reasonable explanation was that he was looking to the future. Radziwill had already told him that she couldn’t give him the family he wanted.

During Wednesday’s episode, fans only got to see Radziwill’s reaction to the news that Adam Kenworthy had gone on a date with another woman, and that he really liked her. It will be interesting to see how their relationship unfolds over the next couple of episodes, as Carole seemed rather upset with him.
