Kim Zolciak explains ear procedure but fans call her fake

Kim Zolciak didn’t make a great impression on The Real Housewives of Atlanta viewers when she filmed the reunion special. Kim came into the reunion very combative and even Andy Cohen told her that she hadn’t had a positive season. For weeks at a time, Kim tried to start drama with her co-stars, including NeNe Leakes and Kenya Moore. But when Kim walked onto the stage, people also took notice of her lips.

It was clear that Kim Zolciak had some work done prior to filming The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion with her co-stars. Kim’s face quickly became a meme online and she wasn’t happy about it, calling attention to bullying. But it sounds like she may be at fault for some of the things people post, as she feeds people with information about herself they can use. This week, for example, Kim revealed she had gotten work done on her ear.

She showed a photo of her ear on Twitter, revealing that her earlobe had been pulled down slightly from talking on the phone. She got work done and had filler injected into her lobe to make it straight again. While Kim appeared to be proud of the work, people had one word for her: fake.

After Kim’s comments at the reunion special and Kroy Biermann‘s silence after his wife claimed that racism didn’t exist before social media, fans of the show have had a hard time forgiving Kim.
