Melissa Gorga was supposedly caught selling fake Chanel bags at her store. Now fans suspect more is going on with her finances.
Melissa Gorga was shocked last year when she learned that her business partner had cleaned her out. She started her store ENVY by Melissa Gorga with a business partner, but one night her partner decided to clean out the store and remove all inventory. Melissa wanted to start over, so she worked hard to get the store back on its feet. However, it sounds like it didn’t take long for her to deal with new issues.
Melissa recently revealed that the Chanel bags she had been selling at her store were indeed fake. It’s possible Gorga charged full price for the bags. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star shared the announcement on her Instagram page, but she didn’t reveal what people needed to do to possibly get a refund for the bags they had bought.
On Twitter, fans started questioning how Melissa and her husband could afford such a store and make such mistakes. It’s unknown whether Melissa will be charged for selling counterfeit bags. After she announced the news on Instagram, people started questioning how she could afford to run such a business. One person predicted that bankruptcy may be in her future.
Of course, Melissa Gorga wouldn’t be the only one dealing with legal problems in regards to business. Teresa Giudice served time in prison for fraud and Margaret Josephs recently revealed that she’s also being sued.
