Sonja Morgan wasn’t shocked when Luann de Lesseps’ marriage to Thomas D’Agostino fell apart. She had the perfect comparison.

During this time, Sonja revealed that she wanted to focus on herself, as she had started to take anti-anxiety medication to deal with the stresses of the previous years. She had gone through a divorce, a bankruptcy case, and was slowly putting her life back together. But just because she had gone through a lot herself didn’t mean she hadn’t kept up with her co-stars.

On the previous season of The Real Housewives of New York, Sonja Morgan urged Luann de Lesseps to think about her marriage to Thomas D’Agostino. While Luann was head over heels with Thomas, it sounds like her marriage was far from smooth. On the premiere episode this week, Luann revealed that Thomas had changed after they got married. During the episode, Morgan compared Luann’s marriage to her camel ride in Morocco and it couldn’t have been more accurate.

On Twitter, people laughed and joked about Sonja Morgan’s comparison as it couldn’t have been said better. Several Twitter users joked about the situation, revealing Morgan had hit the nail on the head. The marriage to Thomas D’Agostino had been bumpy, as Luann had to defend herself all the time from cheating accusations. As she revealed herself, she would constantly find her husband out and about.

While Luann really wanted the marriage to work, Thomas couldn’t seem to settle down with just one woman. It’s possible he didn’t cheat on her, but he clearly couldn’t stay at home and just be with Luann. As she explained, he wouldn’t be home when she got home and she would constantly get photos from people, saying he was out at bars with his friends. It’s clear that he wasn’t ready to settle down like de Lesseps had hoped.
