Shannon Beador’s divorce is costing David – and it could get worse

If the rumors are true, David Beador could be paying spousal and child support for his family.

Shannon Beador announced that she and her husband David Beador were separating after several years of marriage when she appeared on the Real Housewives of Orange County reunion special last year. It didn’t come as a shock to many that Beador and her husband were separating, as they had shared their marital troubles on The Real Housewives of Orange County for a few seasons. David Beador had cheated on Shannon and she was trying to move on from her husband’s betrayal. While David may have wanted to move on with his life, it’s possible that he didn’t expect to fund his ex-wife’s lifestyle.

As it turns out, David Beador recently paid for Shannon’s trip to Mexico with their three daughters. According to a US Weekly report, David supposedly paid upwards of $20,000 for the vacation, which included hotel stays and first-class tickets for all four of them. Meanwhile, David didn’t go on the trip.

While filming The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon Beador didn’t really work. She filmed the show, but it’s unknown how much she gets paid. She has talked about opening a restaurant, but she hinted that David was going to invest. Now that they are in the process of divorcing, it’s possible she’s looking for investors to finalize her dream.

While David paid for the trip to Mexico, it sounds like this divorce could get expensive for him. If new information is true, then a judge has ruled that David is going to pay Shannon $12,000 in spousal support, and $18,000 in child support – per month. In other words, David needs to come up with $30,000 per month to support his family now that they are getting divorced. Of course, none of this information has been confirmed by Shannon or David, so it’s possible it’s just a rumor.

In addition, Shannon Beador has also gone after a raise for filming the show, possibly because her storyline will now be about her divorce.
