Former Envy partner Jackie Beard Robinson is taking aim at Andy Cohen and Melissa Gorga and she wants a lot of money.

When RHONJ star Melissa Gorga opened up her Envy boutique, she wasn’t alone. The clothing store was made possible with help from a partner, Jackie Beard Robinson. The deal went south really fast, especially considering that Envy opened in 2015 and issues with Robinson started just a year later.

Jackie and Melissa ended their business relationship on December 31, 2016. Page Six reports that Melissa Gorga’s former partner is upset because she says the RHONJ star is lying about her in order to trump up the Envy drama.

Specifically, Jackie Beard Robinson says that after she ended the deal with Melissa, she went back into Envy to collect her things. Jackie says that she went in “broad daylight” to get her own possessions. However, she says that on cameraMelissa Gorga claimed. that she broke into the store in the middle of the night and stole clothing.

It all happened during an episode of Watch What Happens Live, which is likely why Andy Cohen was also named in the lawsuit. When Melissa was a guest, she started telling the story of how her business deal with her Envy partner fell apart.

“Wow, so, that lady wound up kinda ripping you off?” Jackie claims Andy asked in the lawsuit. She also alleges that Melissa responded, saying, “Yes.”

Considering her clout in the fashion world, Jackie Beard Robinson said that the commentary on WWHL hurt her business. Robinson claims that the comments made her look like a “felon” according to the filing.

The shocking Envy lawsuit also names NBC Universal and one of the RHONJ producers Dorothy Toran as defendants. It seems that Melissa Gorga’s former business partner is going after anyone and everyone who has anything to do with Envy or her name appearing on WWHL or RHONJ. It should be interesting to see how this resolves and whether it will cost Andy Cohen or Melissa Gorga anything in the end.
