There’s finally some resolution between Kim Zolciak and the contractor who did her Christmas lights last year but they still can’t seem to agree.

RHOA part-time peach holder Kim Zolciak finally resolved the issue with a contractor over non-payment for her Christmas lights last year. Kim faced off in court against Jeanne Collins from Seasonal Designs, LLC over the decoration dispute and now there are questions about who won.

Both Kim and her former contractor seem pretty pleased with the deal they made in court. In the end, Zolciak is going to pay out $5,000 for the work she had done. The RHOA trouble maker tweeted that she won in court, which had Collins shaking her head.

On Wednesday, when confronted by a hostile RHOA fan on Twitter, Kim tweeted that she had won in court. According to Page Sixthat had the Christmas lights contractor feeling a little confused because she also felt that she had won the case.

It turns out that Kim was ordered to pay up $5,000 for the service. Collins claims that Kim was only invoiced $5,200 in the first place, making it a win for her since that’s only $200 less than they wanted.

“At the trial, we agreed upon a price which was $5,000 and they owed $5,200,” Rollins said. “I’m picking [the check] up today.”

Kim is arguing that, though. A rep for Kim Zolciak reportedly told Page Six that the total amount due was originally $9,500 not $5,200, which is why Kim didn’t pay in the first place. The issue was never over Zolciak’s ability to pay but rather a dispute over how much was actually owed. Kim’s rep is reportedly calling this a settlement, which is true.

Apparently, Kim and Kroy are happy with the amount they paid. That does make it a win for both sides even though they still can’t decide who won or lost or why that even really matters. The real question is whether Kim will be having new lights and decorations put up this year. So far, her social media doesn’t show any evidence of new decorations.
