Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband gets a win in stalking trial after scoring no jail time.

More from Real Housewives of New York

It has been a rough ride for Bethenny Frankel regarding her marriage and subsequent divorce from Jason Hoppy. He has reportedly been horrible to The Real Housewives of New York star. In fact, when she returned to the show, he was living in her condo and she was hopping from hotel to hotel. Unfortunately for Frankel, this nightmare isn’t even close to being over.

Last week, it was reported that Jason Hoppy would take a plea deal this morning in the case regarding stalking Bethenny Frankel. Unfortunately, if he completes the six months of no contact and remains a law-abiding citizen, the charges will go away.

According to E! Online, Hoppy took the plea this morning. This means that in six months, things could get hairy again for Frankel.

Right now, Bethenny Frankel is staying quiet about the plea deal. She has kept herself busy with all of her wonderful work helping Puerto Rico and now, she likely plans to not discuss Jason Hoppy. After the accusations she made against him, there is speculation she is afraid of him. After six months of being on the straight and narrow, he could easily flip and act out once the charges disappear.

With the plea deal, Jason Hoppy will have the book thrown at him if he messes up. The stakes to leave Bethenny alone are high, and he will likely make sure he succeeds.
