Bethenny Frankel will have to live in fear after ex-husband plans to cop a deal to avoid jail.

In another six months, things could get really dicey for Bethenny Frankel. She planned to spend the rest of her life with Jason Hoppy. The two married and had a daughter together, but they didn’t last. As things grew complicated with the divorce, Hoppy took over Frankel’s life.

When Bethenny Frankel returned to The Real Housewives of New York, she called herself homeless. While that sparked a huge debate, it wasn’t exactly a lie.

Jason Hoppy decided to stay in the apartment/condo the two shared. It was one space Bethenny loved and even when she got him to move out, she sold it because of the memories.

Jason Hoppy has been verbally abusive to Bethenny Frankel in public. In fact, he attacked her outside of their daughter’s school.

As of now, she has a restraining order in place against him. It is a very touchy situation, one that is made more complicated by the daughter they share. Frankel has been careful about keeping her daughter out of the spotlight. Hoppy was hungry for fame and now, they have a mess on their hands.

Instead of Jason Hoppy getting jail time, he is set to take a plea. According to TMZ, on Monday, Bethenny Frankel’s ex-husband will take a deal that would allow him to behave for six months and have all of the legal issues disappear.

This is trouble for Frankel because if he does behave, anything could happen after the six months. During the trial period, she will still have her restraining order active. It is being reported that Bethenny is afraid of what will happen after time expires. This could be bad news for the reality star.

With everything Bethenny Frankel has been through this year, a plea deal was the last thing she needed. Her mind has been focused on Puerto Rican relief efforts and now, she will have to either hope he messes up, or hope he leaves her alone after the six months are up. Not an ideal situation either way.
