Lydia McLaughlin’s reputation saved by her big brother on Twitter as she feuded with Shannon Beador on RHOC

On Real Housewives of Orange County, Lydia McLaughlin lost it on Shannon Beador because she thought her RHOC co-star was talking about her at Kelly Dodd’s beach party. 

The drama has been so high on RHOC this season that everyone is on edge. We saw the build-up of that tension come to a head on Monday night when Lydia lost her cool and wanted nothing more to do with Shannon. Is she really at fault, though?

According to Lydia’s brother, Shannon Beador is to blame and it all dates back to when the two women met. Jesse Myers Stirling took to Twitter in defense of his baby sis and made sure to remind everyone about Shannon’s first impression.

Jesse reminded everyone that Shannon was super sketchy and that may have made Lydia extra sensitive to anything she may do around the group. He also made sure to let everyone know how super sweet his little sis is.

When one RHOC fan accused Lydia of trying too hard, Jesse wrote:

Then Lydia’s obviously protective brother decided to defend her again when someone accused Lydia of being mean to Shannon.

Obviously, Lydia’s brother doesn’t like watching RHOC fans pick apart his sister each week. It was really nice of him to stand up for her too. We definitely know where he stands on this recent argument between Lydia and Shannon.

For what it’s worth, there was more going on between the two RHOC women prior to Shannon’s snicker and leg grab or whatever they were doing under the table. In her blog, Lydia admitted that she felt bad for Tamra that night. She was trying to get past the drama with Shannon Beador but Shannon wouldn’t let it go.
