Bethenny and Ramona fight, make up, fight again on RHONY reunion

It’s the circle of life with Bethenny and Ramona cycles once again.

Just enough reconciliation to make a good reunion, just enough tension to promise the feud will be back next season onReal Housewives of New York City. That’s how it goes with Bethenny Frankel and Ramona Singer and so it was last night on Part 3 of the RHONY reunion.

As you may remember, the season 9 tension centered around Ramona slut-shaming Bethenny for appearing topless in a sex scene in a movie back when she’s was trying to make it as an actress. It was not a porno, it was not soft porn. It wasn’t a big deal, but of course on RHONY it was.

Early in the season, Ramona kicked it all off with saying, “You’re in the press now being naked, doing soft porn. Has anyone approached your daughter?”

Bringing her daughter into it set Bethenny off. From there, it became a whole matter of whether Ramona was a good friend and the insults and personal dig escalated from there. Finally, drunk and naked in Tequila the two made up.

Back at the reunion, Ramona is asked why she brought up the movie now, when it’s been on Bethenny’s IMDb page for years. Ramona said she saw an article about it and immediately became concerned for Bethenny’s daughter, remembering what happened to another housewife’s daughter whose school nearly asked her to leave.

Bethenny points out that that child was in fifth grade; Bethenny’s daughter is in first grade.

Ramona seems to actually be apologetic as she admits to being uncomfortable talking about sex and how poorly she said what she wanted to say when she didn’t mean for it to come out malicious. She then claims she “lost her mojo for weeks on end” because Bethenny was so upset which she didn’t understand at the time and it made her act out worse. And all in all, a pretty good apology.

When Bethenny was asked why she made a big deal out of it, Bethenny said it wasn’t the delivery, it was the content and intention. She calls it malicious.

Then Ramona whips out her phone. Ramona gets really out of control and frazzled (Bethenny’s quick-wittedness makes her nervous) and Bethenny remains calm and cool until she burst out laughing when Ramona said she came from a place of “kindness.”

Ramona seems real shook and Bethenny should maybe be a lawyer.
