From sheer skirt panels to simple makeup, RHOA’s Kenya Moore’s beach wedding look was perfect.

On June 10, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore married businessman Marc Daly in a beautiful surprise beach wedding in St. Lucia. Since then, details from the RHOA housewife have been trickling in. We’ve learned more about Marc, about how the couple met and, in an exclusive with People magazine, the inside scoop on Kenya’s gorgeous wedding look.

As Kenya describes, the vibe of the wedding was “simple” but her man Marc is “extremely romantic,” so he wanted the day to be special and unique. Her look was just that.

Let’s break it down.

The dress

Kenya’s wedding dress was custom made by Pallas Couture and shipped from Australia. The mermaid cut gown featured a plunging neckline and was covered in sequins and beading flowers. The skirt had sheer panels. Kenya told People:

"“The dress was perfect when I saw it,” Moore gushed. “I’m a woman of a certain age, but my husband wanted me to look sexy. And it was a beach wedding, so I didn’t want anything too formal. I knew this was exactly what I wanted when I saw it. “I just felt so beautiful and grown and sexy and powerful and feminine — all at the same time,” she added."

The hair

Moore kept it simple and on-theme for her wedding ‘do. Kenya rocked beach waves that she did herself and wore a simple veil.

The makeup

Real Housewives are almost overly made-up on the show and it was important to Kenya — and Marc — that she stay true to her ‘off-camera’ look. She did her own and kept it simple, telling people:

"“[Marc] really didn’t even want me to wear makeup because he said I look more beautiful when I don’t wear makeup,” Moore said. “And I think that’s why I really appreciate him. He sees me for who I am and not as reality TV sees me or the world sees me. He really knows my heart.”"

The finishing touches

Flowers — duh. Kenya held “cascading” orchids that appeared to match the flowers in the arbor under which she and Marc wed. No word from People on her jewelry, but it looks like she kept it totally simple. Simple, and beautiful.
