From the mouths of Real Housewives to our ears, the women of RH are never shy to share their thoughts. This week, all 5 wild quotes come from New York’s own Bethenny Frankel.

Bethenny Frankel, a longstanding star of Real Housewives of New York, gave some choice quotes at NBC Upfronts this week as she made the rounds promoting her various interests. (RHONY, a new show, Keep It Real Estate, an upcoming stint on Shark Tank, Skinny Girl deli meats.) Thankfully, it wasn’t all business as she dished on the bananas Atlanta reunion show and the escalating Ramona Singer situation.

When it comes to delicious RH takes in the words of the women themselves, ask and ye shall receive. Here are five from Frankel.

1. “I don’t think Phaedra Parks can bounce back.”

The Real Housewives universe was all a-buzz this week with the fall out of the last Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion. On the fourth part of the special, it was revealed that Phaedra Parks had made up the lie she told Porsha Williams about Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker’s intent to drug and rape her. (Parks has since alleged that the producers of the show put her up to it.) The belief is now that Parks has been fired from the show, though Bravo has released no official statement.

At NBC Upfronts on Monday, Frankel told Us Weekly the reunion was “disgusting” and that, as an attorney, she didn’t think Parks could bounce back from the lie.

2. “Ramona’s always had a venomous streak.”

The any residual Ramona-Bethenny friendly feels are extremely over. Frankel told US Weekly at Upfronts that they “won’t be friends again in the same way” and talking to E! News, she teased that the feud has only just begun and “it gets a lot worse.” Still, one of her most damning lines came in a wide-ranging interview with CBS News, in which she said Singer has “always had this venomous streak” and went on to explain just how bad it’s going to get on the show:

"We haven’t even begun this season. It’s like a roller coaster and it’s going to keep ticking to the top and then it’s going to blow. It goes across the whole group, but definitely has to do with me. She’s got something going on inside her about me and you end up finding out what it is. It comes out."

3. “I am not in a relationship by choice.”

A recent episode of RHONY featured a charity event for Frankel’s #BStrong charity and there in the audience supporting her was Carole Radziwill and sometime-boo Dennis. Of course, fans immediately clamored to know what the status of Dennis and Frankel’s relationship was.

Never one to dodge a question, Frankel responded in a post on Bravo’s RHONY blog, declaring that Dennis is “a good person and has been a friend for decades that I care about very much.” She went on to say that at the moment, she is not in a relationship “by choice” and is focusing her time on her daughter and her passion projects.

4. “[Fredrik Eklund] doesn’t understand a budget.”

Speaking of passion projects, one of Bethenny Frankel’s next endeavors is a bit more HGTV. Joining forces with Million Dollar Listing’s Fredrik Eklund, Frankel will try her hand a flipping ultra luxury apartments for the show Keeping it Real Estate.

Speaking to CBS News, Frankel was brutally real about working with Fredrik. Specifically, the man doesn’t have any sense of money: “He has very, very, very fancy taste, but he doesn’t understand a budget.”

Now, that may seem rich coming from a Real Housewife, but Frankel has more than one business venture under her belt and knows her way around an investment well enough to land a “shark” spot on Shark Tank too.

5.  All deli meats are disgusting

Rounding out an exceptional week of quotes and opinions is a not-particularly-hot food take. Discussing her line of low-sodium, all-natural deli meats with CBS News, Frankel opined on the sorry state of the deli meat category:

"It’s a category that is grim in its variety, health and possibilities. As a mom who makes sandwiches for my kid, it’s disgusting what’s in that refrigerator … Someone asked me before, would I do cheese? And I said, maybe, but I don’t think so because cheese is good. There are good cheeses out there. In this category, everything’s disgusting."

Can’t say we disagree, but at the same time — did deli meats really deserve a take down worth of RHONY highlight real?
